TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, particularly if the subject matter falls outside my skillset, personal boundaries, or values.

All commissions are strictly for clients aged 18 or older.

Commissions are generally non-refundable except under the conditions listed in the Payment & Refund section.

The pose pack will be published on my Patreon and Nexus, unless the commission is purchased as private.

Poses will be accessible via QSAT and the vanilla Photo Mode.

I will also submit compatibility requests to relevant patch creators.

Even for private commissions, I may share virtual photography created by me using the poses on my social media for promotional purposes. The pose files themselves will not be distributed. (See Copyright & Usage Rights.)

I will send you a commission form to complete.

We discuss your request and confirm the concept and final price.

Once payment is received, I begin working on your poses.

A preview will be sent for feedback.

Minor adjustments are allowed during the preview stage.

The final file (.pak) will be delivered once the poses are approved.

The number of poses or characters involved can be changed. The final price will be adjusted accordingly.

Prices may vary depending on complexity.

The final price will always be confirmed before payment.

Major changes requested after approval may require an additional fee (see Revisions).

Please allow approximately one month after payment for delivery of the final .pak file.

I have a disability and suffer from chronic pain, which may delay my work schedule.

Full payment upfront. Work begins only after payment is received.

I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.

Prices are listed in EUR, so the final amount may vary depending on your currency.

Full refund if I have not started the commission.

Partial refund if work has already begun and I am unable to complete the commission. The refund will be based on the progress made.

No refunds after final delivery.

Chargebacks will result in blacklisting and loss of rights to the commissioned work.

If you need to update your references or description, please contact me as soon as possible. Changes are only allowed if I have not started working on the pose yet. Major changes may affect the final price.

Please provide clear references and a detailed description when placing your order. If references are unclear or incomplete, I will use artistic judgment to interpret the pose. Major revisions based on missing or unclear information may not be possible.

If you have a very specific vision, please communicate it clearly before the commission begins.

I, Miam, retain full credit as the artist and the right to display commissioned poses in my portfolio and on social media.

Unless the commission is purchased as private, I reserve the right to release the pose pack publicly after delivery.

The commission is for personal use only.

You may use the pose for screenshots and personal content.

You may not resell, redistribute, modify for redistribution, or claim the work as your own.
